Dasuo Mining Ghana was founded with a simple but powerful conviction that gold mining in Ghana could be done differently. Not just efficiently. Not just profitably. But responsibly, transparently, and in genuine partnership with the communities whose land we work on.
Headquartered in North Legon, Accra, we have spent years building that vision into a living operation. From our first exploration surveys to our active extraction and restoration programmes today, every step has been guided by the same question: are we leaving this land and these communities better than we found them
We are a an experienced team of professionals with deep expertise in geology, extraction engineering, environmental management, and community relations. We are accountable and present with no layers of bureaucracy between our leadership and the ground.
Today, Dasuo Mining Ghana operates across hectares in 3 communities, and produces gold to international quality standards.

Stewardship: The land we mine does not belong to us. We are custodians of it, and we take that responsibility seriously in our environmental practices, our reclamation work, and our long-term planning.
Community: Our three communities are not stakeholders to be managed. They are neighbours to be listened to, partners to be invested in, and the reason our work has meaning beyond the balance sheet.

Dasuo Mining Ghana’s 13-strong team brings together specialists in geological survey, open-pit and underground extraction, ore processing, environmental reclamation, and community engagement. We operate as a tight, trusted unit — and we are always looking for talented, values-driven people to grow with us.
